Our LLC was paying weekly rent via checks that bounced due to mismanagement of funds. The landlord did not realize some checks had bounced until several weeks later, by which time most of the money had been spent. The LLC was given a payment plan to reconcile the debt, but it is now going bankrupt and can no longer pay. What should we do, and can we face jail time or fines for the bounced checks?

My landlord is insisting we use her cleaner to clean the apartment upon move out. I left the apartment in great condition, but she is saying it will cost over $600 for cleaning and 'repairs'. What are my options, and what should I do if she tries to take our full deposit?

I recently discovered that private security/private intelligence contractors in Central Wisconsin are running organized stalking and watchlist projects. I believe one of the companies involved is American Security and Investigation Services out of Milwaukee. Some of the people working for these contractors have been using my family's business credit lines or credit rating and changed their insurance policies. They might also have their own insurance agencies or companies. They are making money off the watchlist and phone calls through a civil union account. They accessed our phones through an acquaintance of my father who is involved with one of these contractor companies. What should I do about this situation?

I have a land contract for my property that was never filed with the courts. The buyer stopped paying, and I want to sell the property to someone else. I read that in Florida, a new land contract with another buyer, once filed with the court, can supersede the previous unfiled contract. Is this true, and what steps should I take to ensure the new sale is valid?

I was being sued by Bank of America due to inability to pay my bill during Covid. I settled on a payment plan I cannot afford. Can I negotiate with them for a lower payment, and how should I approach this negotiation?
