I received a Charging Order from a small claims suit in Nevada, where I am the sole proprietor of an LLC that appears as a partnership on the judgment. The judgment is against me personally, not the LLC, but it states that my LLC is 'unconditionally precluded from distributing funds to judgment debtor Robert Gerstein, in any amount for any reason whatsoever unless and until the instant judgment is satisfied.' I have been using my company debit card for personal expenses and paying independent subcontractors. How does this affect me, and what should I do to comply with the judgment while continuing my business operations?
