I received a letter from an attorney stating that my business name, Texas Kay9 Nose Work, infringes on their client's trademark, K9 Nose Work. I do not see the conflict and do not plan to change it as I am no longer part of the NACSW. What should I do?

I recently refinanced my home and discovered a 2nd lien that was supposedly discharged due to a bankruptcy I filed in 2012. I continued making payments on this loan without knowing it was discharged. The bank says I still owe the loan, while other institutions say I don't. What should I do to determine the actual status of the loan?

On an 18+ website where artists stream their art, a user privately messaged me a link to a pornographic drawing of a fictional adult character. Is this reportable to law enforcement like local police or the FBI for sending obscenity online, or am I overreacting?

My wife died about 12 years ago. We thought she had no assets, and finances were in joint with right of survivorship. However, we found out the house was held in joint, with no right of survivorship. No paperwork has been filed, and due to a recent move, existing paperwork has been lost. The house is in Lilburn, Gwinnett County, and I have a sales contract on the house scheduled to close in about a month. How can I clean this up simply and quickly?
