I received a letter from law firm Rubin & Rothman, LLC, notifying that Midland Funding of Delaware LLC has obtained a judgment against me for a debt I never owed. I previously notified Midland Funding LLC that the account was fraudulent and requested verification documents, which they failed to provide. Despite this, they obtained a judgment against me. Is it legal for Midland Funding LLC to pursue further collection activities without verifying the alleged debt? Doesn't the FTC or FDCPA prohibit collection activities on an alleged debt account without complete verification if a dispute is filed by the consumer? What can I do to fight this case, and how can I request to vacate the judgment? How can I prove that I was not served a summons with proper proceedings?

I was involved in a minor accident where my Geo Metro slid into the bumper of a Volvo, causing minimal damage. My insurance company, Victoria (Titan), paid the Volvo owner $800-$900, which I believe was excessive for the damage. As a result, my insurance rates have increased significantly, making it difficult for me to afford mandatory commercial insurance as an independent contractor in Seattle. What can I do to address this issue and potentially lower my insurance costs?

My friend who died had an account with Dreyfus. I am the legal representative of my friend. I sent Dreyfus the Certificate of Death, Copy of Last Will and Testament, Copy of W-9, Account Statement, and my driver's license, asking them to send me the balance of the account. They are asking for additional documents. Do they need anything additional beyond what I provided?

I am a victim of what I think was a C.O.P.S program that turned into a socialist or totalitarian take over of my area. I have had several robberies where local law enforcement not only did no investigation, they helped get keys for them. My communications have been compromised or selective. I'm on my 4th tower because they are able to hack into them, then shut me down. They have impersonated people or businesses I have tried to call, especially federal law enforcement. I'm put on like their own network and I can't get an attorney. Local police staged a suicide and a death with a woman because she was working with them and thought I was going to prosecute her for crimes against me. They set me up to get a DUI and I won DMV hearing then when I got to Placer County court I didn't have a case because they coerced my attorney and he sold me out. I've lost almost everything and just now I think I'm able to get out to tell my story... This is bizarre and unreal.... but it's very real.... I have lawsuits on so many that I can't count them, if they don't kill me in which many has told me they will if I pursue this..... Much more to this...... Reggie Rondoni. How can I seek damages for the pain and suffering caused by this network or society of people, and where can I find an attorney to take my case given the complexity and potential danger involved?
