Can I sue the hospital for HIPAA violations if a nurse accessed my and my mother's medical files without consent and not for medical reasons?

I am a victim of what I think was a C.O.P.S program that turned into a socialist or totalitarian take over of my area. I have had several robberies where local law enforcement not only did no investigation, they helped get keys for them. My communications have been compromised or selective. I'm on my 4th tower because they are able to hack into them, then shut me down. They have impersonated people or businesses I have tried to call, especially federal law enforcement. I'm put on like their own network and I can't get an attorney. Local police staged a suicide and a death with a woman because she was working with them and thought I was going to prosecute her for crimes against me. They set me up to get a DUI and I won DMV hearing then when I got to Placer County court I didn't have a case because they coerced my attorney and he sold me out. I've lost almost everything and just now I think I'm able to get out to tell my story... This is bizarre and unreal.... but it's very real.... I have lawsuits on so many that I can't count them, if they don't kill me in which many has told me they will if I pursue this..... Much more to this...... Reggie Rondoni. How can I seek damages for the pain and suffering caused by this network or society of people, and where can I find an attorney to take my case given the complexity and potential danger involved?

I rent from a person who himself rents a one-bedroom apartment. I sleep on the couch and have been doing so for two years. Yesterday, he gave me a piece of paper stating he was changing the locks in three days. Can he legally do this?

I have been a victim of a hate crime for 5 years, during which my mental credibility was fraudulently stolen to protect the abusers I exposed in a whistleblowing letter to Oprah. I was blackballed, stalked, and discredited by various individuals, including neighbors, family, city officials, college staff, and doctors. The harassment included noise to incite my dogs and constant phone harassment, leading to PTSD. I was also obstructed from obtaining legal help and a lawyer until the statutes ran out. I am currently living with a man who tried to force me to commit suicide due to my blacklisting. I need legal help to restore my credibility and to get a divorce and legal protection. What can I do?

Are employers required by law to pay their employees by the end of the working day on the 15th and the last day of the month, or do they have 5 days from the pay date to hold our checks legally?
