I received a letter from Pinnacle Law Group, PC. I am in Pennsylvania and have tried to contact them to find out to whom the debt is owed, but I only get recorded messages directing me to another website. We are upset because our home went into mortgage default due to my blindness. We initially wanted to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy, but our attorney filed and then canceled it for a Chapter 7. We have not been discharged yet. Can our attorney dismiss the Chapter 7 and refile for Chapter 13, or do we need a new case? Additionally, we received a motion to relieve the automatic stay on our home, which we want to save.
