I received a summons from Asset Acceptance LLC as successor in interest to Bank of America, filed by Messleri & Kramer, for a judgment renewal in the district court. I need to respond with a postmark for today and want to hire an attorney to represent me and delay any garnishment. How should I respond, and how can I find an attorney to help me with this case?

My son has a slipped disk and needs imaging and back surgery. Blue Cross Blue Shield is confusing him with another person with the same name but different insurance, causing claims to be denied. He has tried to correct this error but has been unsuccessful. What steps can he take to resolve this issue and get the necessary medical treatment?

As a full-time salaried employee with an unlimited paid time off policy, I requested 3 weeks of vacation time but was denied and offered only 9 paid days off instead. My employer asked about my travel plans and required approvals from multiple departments for remote work during my vacation. My coworkers in similar positions have been granted up to three weeks of paid vacation without such stringent requirements. Has my employer acted contrary to the law or company policy?
