As a full-time salaried employee with an unlimited paid time off policy, I requested 3 weeks of vacation time but was denied and offered only 9 paid days off instead. My employer asked about my travel plans and required approvals from multiple departments for remote work during my vacation. My coworkers in similar positions have been granted up to three weeks of paid vacation without such stringent requirements. Has my employer acted contrary to the law or company policy?

I believe I may have been wrongfully terminated. I was hired on 9/1/23, received a positive review on 11/20/23, and was presented with a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) on 12/12/23. I am the only female and minority in a leadership role, and the other two male leaders in similar roles were given 12+ months before termination. I met most, if not all, the promised deliverables outlined in my initial plan prior to joining. Additionally, I was verbally promised a product counterpart, which has not been hired. The termination has not occurred yet, but I am being forced to go into the office every day in January and February to 'get aligned' with the CEO, creating a hostile working environment. What are my options legally?
