I am a small business in California and accepted a purchase order for product from A company Free Trade LLC in Plano Texas. I have dealt with them from their New York offices and Oregon offices last year. I had no problem with obtaining payment before. This time I sent two orders to Dascher, a freight forwarder to Israel. I have tried to contact them by email both the rep that sent the order and the CEO of Free trade LLC. All I get is promises that the money will be paid. The total owed is $8217.34. Is there anything I can do to get payment?

I have a rare cancer involving high serotonin levels. I have taken Ultram for approximately 10-15 years and have discovered that Ultram increases serotonin levels in its users. My cancer is rare, and while Ultram may not have caused the cancer, it certainly helped my tumor growth by increasing my serotonin levels. Do you see any legal benefit for me, especially given that Ultram is currently involved in a Class Action Lawsuit, and it is proven that it increases serotonin levels in the body, which is proven to increase cancerous tumor growths?
