I recently had a complaint against me by an employee of a company owned by my boss's husband. We were at a conference, both drank too much, and I mistakenly got into her bed. The next day, everything was normal, but I received a call from my boss about an investigation. What can happen to me?

Can you discuss where or how health and healthcare can be a part of the constitution (not the ACA decision, but in general)?

I have been on lithium since early July and have experienced heart fluttering, body aches, involuntary hand and leg movements, and bad tremors in my hands. I discussed these issues with my psychiatrist, who did not address them and later advised me to stop taking the lithium. What should I do about these symptoms and how can I address the lack of action from my psychiatrist?

If you are served a lawsuit, file an answer, and request detailed information from the plaintiff, but they do not respond, what happens to the lawsuit? Does it still go to court?

Wondering what legal action I can take, if any, in this situation. My husband is the president of our Home Owners Association. He approached a homeowner a couple years ago to give them a head up on the HOA rules and regs in relation to the project they were working on. The person was not happy with what he was told. Since then, they have received several threatening and harassing letters and have had their home vandalized. Every single time an event occurred, they have named my husband as the person they believe did the damage and we've had the police come knocking on our door to question us. They actually have asked for samples of our children's handwriting, my husband's fingerprints, and for him to take a lie detector test. We did not comply with the first or the third items, but my husband did go in and give them fingerprints. This is even after the fact that for one of the incidents, my husband was at work and was nowhere near where the event occurred. After the most recent letter showed up at their house, they sent an email to the associations address saying that they know he's responsible and that if anything happens to them or their family, they are holding the HOA personally responsible, then used the phrase "You XX". XX being my husband's initials. This was seen by all members of the HOA board. I'm so insulted and frustrated by this situation, I'm not sure what we should do. If we can sue for harassment or libel or defamation? The police just tell my husband if he has nothing to hide, then he should take a lie detector test. To me, that's just ridiculous. First of all, they are not 100% reliable and second of all, he (and I) have been dealing with this for YEARS and he's already provided fingerprints. What can/should we do???

Can I make an appointment with my doctor without having to disclose specific details to the appointment desk clerk or the office manager about why I want to see the doctor, especially when my concerns are medically related and involve issues such as withholding of medical information?
