I recently purchased a home in Florida. As part of the contract, the sellers agreed to lower the sales price and remain on the property for up to 59 days. Now, they are threatening to hold the keys and charge me for the days they were on the property if I move in early. According to the addendum signed, are they in possession of the property? Is there anything stopping me from 'moving in' even if they are still there? Are they legally able to withhold the keys from me even after they vacate?

My car was towed in an apartment complex in California because I did not have a permit displayed, but I thought I was in a visitor spot. The authorization form for the tow was not filled out properly, missing key information such as the time the vehicle was first observed parked. Additionally, the towing company failed to provide a separate notice with information to dispute the towing, as required by the California Vehicle Code Section 22658. What legal steps can I take to address this issue?
