I lost my Social Security Number (SSN) that I was assigned as a student at The State University of New York at Buffalo 9 years ago. I now have a B1/B2 USA visa and plan to visit San Francisco soon. I don't have a U.S. driver's license, state-issued non-driver's identification card, or U.S. passport.
