If mail containing patient names and possibly medical records is being opened by another party without the mail owner's knowledge, and this party does not have any association with the mail owner's business other than once sharing office space, is that a HIPAA violation against the mail owner or the party opening the mail?

I made a mistake on Schedule A and put a debt there that I had already put on Schedule F. I am amending it and going to file it with my motion to avoid a lien. Do I need to motion to avoid a "lien" even though there is no lien? It is the unrecorded unperfected mortgage that I put on Schedule F. If they don't object, can they ever try to foreclose if their debt was on Schedule F? I also put them as a wholly undersecured unsecured lien on Schedule F but could do the work to motion to avoid it since it was recorded within 90 days of me filing when I was insolvent. The mistake I made was putting them on both Schedule A and F and then realized I shouldn't have ever put them on A, only F. Do I need to send them a copy of my Statement of Intention since they are no longer on it? And a copy of Schedule D showing them they aren't on it? Or only send Schedule D and SOI to the lien holders that I listed?

I received a summons stating I am being sued for a car accident that caused property damage, but I was not involved in any accident and was not the driver of the vehicle mentioned. The summons gave me 20 days to respond, but I was unaware of the date and was informed by the lawyer that I have until Monday to respond. What should I do to get more time to respond?

As an RN at an acute care hospital, I am being required by the county public health officer to get an annual flu shot or wear a mask during flu season from December 1 to March 31. Isn't forced vaccination a violation of informed consent, and isn't requiring me to wear a mask a HIPAA violation since it reveals my vaccination status?
