I returned to work after being off sick for two weeks to a hostile work environment. My boss forced me to drive a shuttle while under the influence of prescription pain medication, despite my objections. I am often asked to perform duties outside my job description and fear losing my job if I refuse. Do I have any legal grounds to pursue action against my employer for creating unsafe working conditions and for forcing me to perform duties outside my job description?
