I signed a 12-month commitment to Coaching with Southwestern Consulting without realizing it was a 12-month contract. I've had a change of job and medical bills that have made it difficult to continue. They are asking for the remaining payment or for me to finish my coaching. I don't have the money and am wondering if there is a way out of my agreement. What state are you in? What steps have you taken so far? How does billing work?

Do we need to report the donations as income for a joint project where we are raising funds via crowdfunding to cover costs related to hiring musicians, venue rental, insurance, and other expenses for creating DVDs to be used as audition materials for college degree programs and job applications?

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?

I have a PD plate on my car, a Chrysler 300, and received an overtime ticket marked with the correct tag number but listed the wrong car as a Cadillac. Can this be legal and should I fight this?
