I signed a contract for a new roof on 6-17-17. The salesman promised to fix a small roof leak and call to schedule the new roof installation, but he broke these promises and has not returned my calls. The company has also not responded to my inquiries. I want to cancel the contract due to their lack of communication and action. I am looking for the lawyer who dealt with Donna MacNeil's will. Donna lived in Somerville, MA, and is now deceased. I am her cousin and am concerned about her sister, Arlene Fucci, who may have been granted lifetime tenancy in Donna's will. How can I find out if the will was filed and if there was such a provision?

I was given a violation for solid waste from Miami Dade for violating 15-5 for Palm Fronds dumped in the right of way outside of my vacant rental property. I was charged $550 for the city to remove the trash 17 days later despite the fact that I had called and reported the illegal dumping and at a hearing I was issued fines of $412.00. I am going to request a new hearing as it is unfair. I have found online common defenses to traffic tickets and evictions but not code violations and specifically solid waste violations. Are you aware of how I may be able to find common defenses to code violations/solid waste violations?
