I was given a violation for solid waste from Miami Dade for violating 15-5 for Palm Fronds dumped in the right of way outside of my vacant rental property. I was charged $550 for the city to remove the trash 17 days later despite the fact that I had called and reported the illegal dumping and at a hearing I was issued fines of $412.00. I am going to request a new hearing as it is unfair. I have found online common defenses to traffic tickets and evictions but not code violations and specifically solid waste violations. Are you aware of how I may be able to find common defenses to code violations/solid waste violations?

I am being placed on state probation in Tennessee for 4 years and want to transfer my probation to North Carolina. I have applied to school in North Carolina, have a halfway house willing to accept me, and an outpatient facility I will attend. I am currently 100% disabled with the VA, receiving $2900 a month in compensation. Will this be enough to get a transfer, and what should I do?
