I signed a lease for an apartment that promised attached parking and other amenities. I am 71 years old and specifically told management I would only live in an apartment with a garage and elevator. I've lived here for six months and there is no garage or any amenities they promised. I have asthma and heart problems and currently have to walk 2 1/2 blocks to an outdoor parking lot, which is difficult for me. I have nearly run out of food because carrying groceries that distance is impossible. I signed a 2-year lease. What recourse do I have to rectify this situation?
