I sold a car in Spokane, Washington, and the buyer reported that when they put fuel in the car, it spewed $30 worth of gas on the ground due to a hole I was unaware of. The car had been sitting for six months without being moved. I wrote a bill of sale stating 'as is, no warranty, no promises or guarantees.' The buyer paid $300 for the car. Am I responsible for this issue?
