I spoke to HR at my job site about mishandling patient care, including delayed critical test results for patients with kidney failure or disease, and was forced to resign. HR initially said they would investigate but later dismissed my concerns and forced me to resign. I want to know what to do at this moment, especially since they didn't allow me to return in person to retrieve my belongings and there is proof of their negligence.

A metal ladder buckled under me with no warning. I hit concrete and have enormous hematomas across my back and down my left leg. I hit my head. I developed urinary bleeding the next day. I had X-rays and a CAT scan. I'm concerned the giant knot on my spine may cause problems. The ladder was Werner. We were told they filed bankruptcy and will not pay my medical bills. Their ladders are still sold under the Werner brand. How can they not have responsibility?

A friend talked me into buying a basket case Harley last November, with the plan to fix it up during the Winter. However, the plan never materialized, and now he won't let me retrieve it. I've tried contacting him repeatedly, but he hasn't responded. I'm in Pennsylvania, and he's not family, but he's in a biker club, which makes me nervous. What steps can I take to resolve this situation?

I am seeking information about a criminal defense law book used in Michigan that contains penal codes and statutes. Additionally, I have questions about a mistrial in a circuit court criminal case: Can the same circuit court judge preside over the retrial? Does the defendant need to be formally recharged, rearranged, and given a new bond hearing after a mistrial? What should be done if there is alleged collusion between the prosecutor, judge, and the defendant's attorney?
