I started a small asphalt business in Citrus County, Florida, and let my son handle it. I was taken to court over a large bill and a judgment was entered against me personally, even though the company is an LLC. I was never informed of a court date and never served. Now, the opposing attorney has brought me in for a deposition and wants another one asking for the same items I supplied in the first one. What should I do to vacate or set aside the default judgment?
