I recently signed a contract with a company for cleaning out my home. I instructed the shift leader to let me go through items before they were thrown out, but my son, without my knowledge, told them to throw everything out. As a result, all my belongings, including family keepsakes, clothes, electronics, and more, were discarded. The company representative acknowledged the breach but has not provided a solution. What should I do about the remaining payment and how can I pursue a claim against the company for the loss of my belongings?
