Since the 'intent to serve subpoena' are coming through a court other than the court in which my case is filed, they are moot, is that correct? Do I then move to quash all the records the defense has gotten by subpoena through the wrong court?

How can an officer of an S-corp be removed if they are listed as secretary on the corporate papers, have abandoned the company, and never made the required investment for their stock, while the President holds 90% of the stock and there are no adopted By-Laws?

I recently signed a contract with a company for cleaning out my home. I instructed the shift leader to let me go through items before they were thrown out, but my son, without my knowledge, told them to throw everything out. As a result, all my belongings, including family keepsakes, clothes, electronics, and more, were discarded. The company representative acknowledged the breach but has not provided a solution. I have already paid an $8,000 deposit, and the balance of $8,000 is due today. What should I do about the remaining payment and how can I pursue a claim against the company for the loss of my belongings?

I am seeking better insight into the legal aspects of my case for sole medical custody. My ex-partner has refused to carry an EpiPen, failed to seek care for fractures, denied symptoms (allergies, cold, pain), punished kids for not notifying of doctor appointments, and refuses to pay for medical expenses. Joint custody is impossible due to his unreasonable and irrational behavior. He has also tried to accuse me of Munchhausen, which didn't hold due to doctor's letters stating I provided appropriate care. The social worker recommended a special master and co-parent counseling, and we are required to use Family Wizard. I believe he has neglectful behaviors but not negligent, as the only harm has been delayed treatment. What legal approach should I take to solidify a solution that eliminates his ability to interfere, bully, and make providing basic care difficult?
