I thought the Sling subscription was free for thirty days, but I want to cancel my order because I can't find my device code and I don't want it on my phone. Additionally, I'm already a Sling customer and for the last two weeks, I can't get my channels to come up on my guide. I tried ordering another subscription with upgrades to fix the issue, but I couldn't find the device code. I just want my Sling back or I want to cancel my subscription because I'm paying for something I'm not getting.
