I've had multiple knee replacements that have become unstable and are causing severe pain, making it difficult to walk. My surgeon mentioned that a few others have had similar issues. Do I have grounds to file a lawsuit, and if so, what steps should I take? Additionally, I live in a home with numerous health and safety issues, including sewage smells, uncovered outlets, lack of running water, and black mold. My landlord has been unresponsive and verbally abusive. What legal actions can I take against my landlord in Fortville, Indiana?

I had fraud on my card the weekend of 10/17. The card was canceled, and I was told I would be reimbursed and sent a new card. After waiting 21 days, I called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I received a new card after a second attempt, but it has a zero balance. I am frustrated with the company's lack of follow-through and long hold times. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have a furniture store in Texas and wrote off an account 8 years ago. Recently, the same customer who owed me over $1800 8 years ago came in and paid in full for new furniture. I kept the money without delivering the furniture. Is this legal in Texas?
