I want to change my child's official state of jurisdiction to Nebraska where we have lived for over 2.5 years. I am in joint conservatorship and my ex has rarely seen our son. Can I transfer jurisdiction and revise child support? What steps should I take, and do I need to file in person in Texas?

I need to find a lawyer that can help. Criminal lawyers can't help because the ticket I received in 1999 can not be sealed as I was found guilty for part of it. I work in childcare and have for over 30 years and now this ticket is preventing me from keeping my job. It was a DUI ticket with Child abuse added. Child abuse was dismissed but now my employer is risking their license if they keep me. I was convicted of DWAI in Colorado. I love my career and want to fight to keep it. My employer wants to keep me as well.

I went to get my hair conditioned and was talked into a color that resulted in dark purple hair, which I explicitly did not want. Additionally, during the visit, I had lash extensions and eyebrow work done, which caused red irritation bumps on my forehead from prior Botox. I am now out of money, embarrassed, and my forehead has puffed up. I want my hair to be healthy, my money back, compensation for the damage to my forehead, and for them to pay for my Botox to be redone. What legal options do I have to achieve this outcome?
