I was a former employee, 'let go', with a covenant not to compete for one year. I have honored everything but they still have my picture on their website, showing me as staff with past tense descriptions, and it includes a link for appointments. There is also a tab dedicated to me referring to my new practice name, purposely misspelled. Should I send a simple cease and desist letter, or do they own the rights to the picture of my face since they took the photo?
