I was a member of the Apple Consultants Network and my membership was terminated. They claimed I did not follow the guidelines, but I had no access to these guidelines and one of their representatives confirmed I met all requirements. I want either my membership reinstated or the remainder of my annual dues ($500) refunded. How should I proceed?
