I was charged with a code (16-3-20 assault by mob) that was deemed unconstitutional 6 years before my charge. I pleaded guilty under duress, and I believe my case should be thrown out due to the unconstitutional nature of the code. Additionally, the arrest warrant my lawyer received is different from the one I gave him, suggesting possible tampering. How can I challenge my conviction and find the original warrant to prove tampering?
