I was charged with a DUI in Virginia, and the blood test machine didn't work, so they asked if they could draw blood, and I agreed. Was I supposed to receive a sample so I could get tested independently? Additionally, I have an upcoming court date on May 14th, and I have already spoken to a VA lawyer but am waiting on the test results. I have never been charged with this before.

I want to ban a person from my rental property in Texas. The person has stolen property from my tenants, made my grandchild afraid, and endangered my grandchild's cat by putting her dogs in the backyard. What legal steps can I take to prevent her from entering the property without an invitation?

We have a new HOA management company that is insisting we spray for weeds, which I refuse to do due to health concerns for my children, especially since my oldest was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, which is linked to Roundup. Can the HOA management force me to use weed killers on my lawn, which I consider to be harmful to my children?

I am trying to keep my house in Tacoma, but a new owner inherited the property after my grandma passed away. I want to know my rights as a resident and if I can fight losing my house even if someone other than family inherited it. My grandma had a will, but nothing was in a bank, so the person who inherited it isn't required to carry out her wishes. What are my rights and can I fight this?

I received a letter from Pinnacle Law Group, PC. I am in Pennsylvania and have tried to contact them to find out to whom the debt is owed, but I only get recorded messages directing me to another website. The vendor I supposedly owe is just a 'code' number, and I want to challenge this as I am generally not resistant to paying my debts. The letter came through regular mail, not certified. What steps should I take to dispute this?
