I was contacted by Miami police investigating a crime they believe I committed, specifically solicitation of prostitution. I exchanged texts with a prostitute inquiring about their work, including prices, services, and meeting, but I had no intent to meet or engage in prostitution and stopped all contact after receiving the information. What should I do, and what are the chances my investigation develops into a charge, and my defense wins in court?
