Will it be difficult to get this expunged?

I accepted a $56,600 offer from Carvana to sell my 2021 Ford F-150 Crewcab, which I used to finance the purchase of a new 2022 GMC Sierra. However, Carvana later informed me of a technical issue causing the original offer to be invalid and reduced the offer to $33,970. I now have two car loans and a credit card debt for the down payment on the new truck. Is there anything I can do legally about this?

My fiance went to rehab for drinking and wanted to better himself for his children. He was supposed to be gone for a week but stayed 28 days. During this time, his ex-wife filed for supervised visitation, limiting his time with the children to 2 hours a week at a neutral place like the ABC House. They are now trying to force him to see the kids at the ex-wife's or her parents' house. He has only been getting 2 hours a week. We asked for supervised visitation at her parents' in public and have someone else willing to supervise. If the ex-wife has her way, he will not see the children. What can be done to ensure he gets more time with his children?
