My fiance went to rehab for drinking and wanted to better himself for his children. He was supposed to be gone for a week but stayed 28 days. During this time, his ex-wife filed for supervised visitation, limiting his time with the children to 2 hours a week at a neutral place like the ABC House. They are now trying to force him to see the kids at the ex-wife's or her parents' house. He has only been getting 2 hours a week. We asked for supervised visitation at her parents' in public and have someone else willing to supervise. If the ex-wife has her way, he will not see the children. What can be done to ensure he gets more time with his children?

Took my dog to Banfield Animal Hospital for surgery, and they lost the biopsy samples and would not inform me for 2 months. They have refused to refund me the cost of the surgery after promising to do so, and I have this on a recording. Do we have a case?

Durham College is asking my daughter to pay $3,000 she apparently owes, despite the two semesters being paid for last year. The college has blocked her student access and has not provided any details or a bill to show what the money is owed for. What steps should be taken to resolve this issue and protect her credit?
