I was dating a 16-year-old when I was 27, and now that she is 17, I want to be sure I won't get in trouble for dating her again in NY state. I already faced legal issues and completed probation. Is there any risk of the case being reopened or any other legal issues arising?

I agreed to an estimate of $380.00 for installing a dryer vent and 2 water lines to ice makers, but received a final invoice for $1,157. The contractor claims the initial estimate was just an hourly rate and that I should have known the price would change. I disagree and would like to know if the lawyer will review the estimate and invoice documents attached, and if there is a fee required for this service.
