A foreclosure judgment has been made against my mother's estate, and a sale date is scheduled for 3 weeks. I am the sole beneficiary and have been representing the estate in the foreclosure suit. I have a truck loan from Capital One. I bought the truck in January of this year from a dealer. The dealer was supposed to place a lien on the truck at the time of purchase with Capital One as the lien-holder, but he did not.
