I was in a car accident last year. My health insurance paid almost 1/2 million dollars in medical bills. Is it true that if I sue the driver that hit me, out of any settlement I would receive, I would first have to reimburse my health insurance company for the 1/2 million dollars and my car insurance company that paid for part of the med flight helicopter, lost wages, etc.? The accident happened in Ohio.

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?

I have a PD plate on my car, a Chrysler 300, and received an overtime ticket marked with the correct tag number but listed the wrong car as a Cadillac. Can this be legal and should I fight this?
