I was in an argument with my 6-month-old baby's mother. She didn't let me take my stuff and stood in between me and my belongings. I lightly shoved her aside to get my things and left. I want to know if the police can take me to jail if I should go back to talk to the police. She didn't fall and didn't have any marks as I did not grab her.

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?

I have a PD plate on my car, a Chrysler 300, and received an overtime ticket marked with the correct tag number but listed the wrong car as a Cadillac. Can this be legal and should I fight this?
