I was involved in a rental scam where I sent money through Western Union. I quickly realized the scam, filed a police report, and filed claims with my bank (PNC) and Western Union. Western Union said they already let the funds be collected and wouldn't refund me. PNC refunded me the money, and now Western Union is saying I owe them the amount defrauded. Can Western Union send me to collections, and what is my course of action from here?

My company, with multiple office locations, is trying to join an organization of office leaders. The bylaws state 'one rep per office,' and the organization is interpreting 'office' to mean the entire entity rather than individual locations. Can 'one per office' be interpreted to mean organization, or should it be interpreted as one rep per location?
