I was involved in an accident at Quick Quack that was not my fault. The truck in front of me had a rope attached to the back that got caught in the brushes, causing my car to bump the back of the truck and resulting in damage to my car. Quick Quack initially said they would pay for the damages, but now they are not giving me many options. I want to go to the shop of my choice or have them cash me out so my dad can fix my car, but they are only offering to send me to their preferred shop for a very low estimate. What are my options here? Can I take them to small claims court?

My husband fell off a church roof and had severe injuries. Medicare and our supplement insurance won't pay because they say the church needs to pay. The church has only a $10,000 policy. Our bill is $320,000. The hospital had turned us over to a collection agency without even notifying us first! What should we do?

I signed a contract for a new roof on 6-17-17. The salesman promised to fix a small roof leak and call to schedule the new roof installation, but he broke these promises and has not returned my calls. The company has also not responded to my inquiries. I want to cancel the contract due to their lack of communication and action. They have a 15% material restocking fee and a 10% contract cancellation fee. How do I proceed?

I am looking for the lawyer who dealt with Donna MacNeil's will. Donna lived in Somerville, MA, and is now deceased. I am her cousin and am concerned about her sister, Arlene Fucci, who may have been granted lifetime tenancy in Donna's will. How can I find out if the will was filed and if there was such a provision?
