I was playing poker and was asked to deal for 20 minutes while the dealer took a break. I was recorded dealing and got charged with aiding and betting. I was just being helpful as a guest at a friend's house. Do you think the felony will stand at trial if I can prove on tape that I was a player and not a hired dealer? I got arrested on 9-14-2012, and the recording was on 8-28-2007.

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?

I have a PD plate on my car, a Chrysler 300, and received an overtime ticket marked with the correct tag number but listed the wrong car as a Cadillac. Can this be legal and should I fight this?
