I was pulled over for having dark window tints and was asked if I had ever been pulled over or on parole. I responded that I had never been pulled over. The officer then claimed I lied about being on parole, searched me, called a K9 unit, and eventually arrested me, despite the dog not alerting to any drugs and nothing being found during a strip search. I was originally charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstruction, but these were dismissed, and I pled guilty only to the tint violation. Can I sue for the rest of what happened to me, and what was the probable cause for the arrest and subsequent treatment?

Would a company refusing to provide needed medical services due to a previous outburst by my son, who uses a CPaP and requires a respiratory therapist to properly fit his mask, be considered disability discrimination? The delay in services is causing his apnea to worsen, which in turn affects his behavioral health and increases the risk of further outbursts.

I would like to file a claim against Upwork in small claims court. I am a California resident. I have been on their platform for over seven years, have a nearly 5-star rating, and spent well over $20,000. Upwork, in response to a recent legitimate and well-documented instance where a freelancer was allowed to harm us, 'kicked us off the site' causing further damage. What legal grounds do I have for this claim, and what steps should I take to file this claim?

If my father-in-law's house in Steuben County, NY, receives code violations for electrical and septic issues that have been present for over 20 years and were not altered by him, how long does he have to fix these violations, and what steps should be taken to ensure compliance without being unfairly pressured by code enforcement?

In Shelby County, Tennessee Circuit Court, do I have to wait 30 days to file a notice of no transcript after filing my motion, or can I file the notice of no transcript anytime after filing my motion? I am handling everything pro se and have already filed a notice of appeal with the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
