I was involved in a rental scam where I sent money through Western Union. I quickly realized the scam, filed a police report, and filed claims with my bank (PNC) and Western Union. Western Union said they already let the funds be collected and wouldn't refund me. PNC refunded me the money, and now Western Union is saying I owe them the amount defrauded.
