I was served a summons to appear at a contempt motion in Harris County, TX, filed pro se. This case was moved to the 418th District Court in Montgomery County nearly 5 years ago. Additionally, the other party has appealed the agreed divorce, and that appeal is still pending. Is this not just a slam dunk quash for lack of jurisdiction?

You should not quash the motion on the grounds of jurisdiction but instead file a Motion to Transfer...
