I was terminated by Financial Company XYZ in October due to alleged 'unauthorized trading,' which I had full authorization for from the client. The termination has prevented me from being hired by comparable firms, leading to loss of income, clients, and financial stability. What should I sue for, and how do I calculate the compensatory damages for the inability to work in the industry due to false allegations on my U4/U5 forms?

I own a mobile home in a Mobile Home Park in Pennsylvania. The park owner has neglected maintenance despite my requests. We are moving and want to know if we can shut off utilities, sell our furnace and water heater, and abandon the empty trailer. Can the park owner take legal action against us for these actions?

North Dakota labor laws concerning travel time: The company I work for (JMAC Resources) requires us to drive to our foreman's house instead of meeting at the shop to avoid paying us the required office to jobsite pay. Is it legal to require us to do that? Could I make a lawsuit against them, and what is the average settlement on a case like this?

I was notified by a chiropractor's office almost 2 years after my treatment that I have an outstanding balance of over $1,200, despite being assured by their staff that my insurance would cover 100% of the visits. I never received a bill during my treatment, and now my insurance is showing it won't cover most of the charges due to the delay. What are my rights in disputing this charge, and can I fight back for the practice's mistake?

A senior citizen friend (Dorothy) invited a homeless couple and their two toddlers to stay in her house. The man assured her he would get a job and the church paid the first month's rent, but they haven't paid since and there's evidence of drug use. Dorothy gave them an eviction notice and they falsely accused her of violence. Dorothy was denied a peace order and the couple was granted a 48-hour peace order. The trial was dismissed due to lack of funds. Dorothy is now in debt due to increased utility bills, fears for her safety and possessions, and suspects the couple of theft. What legal actions can Dorothy take, and does this situation constitute elder abuse?
