I went into a public school to protect some teachers who were members of the union I work for. The principal knew I was there to talk to specific teachers and had me removed by the police and ticketed for trespass. Can I take him to small claims for having me cited falsely?

I am renting an apartment for my family, and after moving in, we were informed that the apartment is designated for low-income families, which was not disclosed initially. In an unsupervised probate case where all assets have been converted to cash long ago, how can I move the court to force the executor to distribute the funds after 3 years, especially given concerns that the executor may have invested estate money, squandered or lost inheritances, and failed to deposit $25,000 into an educational trust account for my child?

I requested an accounting of my father's irrevocable trust (revocable before he died) and the attorney stated that I do not have a right to any information before he died, but after distribution, any court actions can be taken. I do not want extra court and attorney's fees and believe the attorney's assertion is not true according to the California Probate Code and the Supreme Court case of Trustee Timothy Giraldin. Should I cite the California code and cases in response to the attorney with a cc to my sister to avoid court costs, or am I missing something?
