I work as a security guard at Walgreens through my company S.E.B. The store manager questioned me about being at another employee's house on New Year's Eve and implied I could be fired if I didn't like it. I reported this to S.E.B., and the next day, another guard was sent in my place, leaving me without work. I tried to contact S.E.B. for a schedule but was repeatedly told to call back later, and they never called me back. I have been out of work for three weeks. What are my options?

I am skiptracing for a car lot in North Carolina. The customer's initial application states that they authorize an investigation of their credit and employment history and the release of information about their credit experience. Does this statement give me the right to pull their credit for collection purposes?

I believe a Director of a Facility where I practice as an NP (employed by an outside entity) has targeted me for harassment after I informed her of a Physician complaint about poor patient care. This has affected my job evaluation, ability to get patients, and relationships at the Facility, and may have future repercussions. My employer is pressuring me to take another (harder) assignment by tomorrow. What should I do?

How can I find out about a check dated back to 03/05/2008 from Chase Bank? I had misplaced it and now found it, but they tell me it's not good anymore or they don't know what it was for. Shouldn't they know what the check is for with an account number and check number on the check?
