I work for Chrysler Corp. and have a Chrysler vehicle with automated payroll deductions for car payments. Despite not being laid off or losing time at work, I am constantly harassed by Chrysler Financial for non-payment. This has also happened with a previous Chrysler vehicle. I have written letters, contacted payroll, and sent copies of check stubs, but the harassment continues. They call me every morning at 8:15 a.m., even on Sundays, and I work an afternoon shift. Can I sue them?

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?
