I have a default judgment against me in Fresno, CA, but the case is in Martinez, CA. The proof of service indicates that a company called Cal Serve in Southern California served an adult woman at a place I didn't live and to a person who doesn't exist. The owner of the served address confirmed that no one by that name ever lived there. Can I sue the proof of service agency, and who should I contact to prosecute them for providing false proof of service? This default judgment caused me to lose my job.

I live in a low-income housing apartment. Every time someone moves out, they charge us for painting the apartment and rewaxing the floor. Isn't this considered normal wear and tear? Where can I get a copy of this regulation? I understand there is a pamphlet with these laws in it, but I can't find it online. Can you help me?

My civil rights are being abused, and I just discovered damaging information on a website. Nobody seems to be taking responsibility, and it's causing significant distress. I need advice on finding a lawyer who can help me with this situation.

I own a vending business and recently identified someone who may have stolen my machines 25 months ago. Given the delay in identifying the perpetrator, could the statute of limitations be tolled, allowing me to take legal action now?
