The former employer is contacting my suppliers and convincing them not to sell to me, claiming I am in competition. Is this a violation of free trade laws, and how can I build a case against this behavior?

My mother passed away, and her will stated that all her children should have a home. The will was changed to give me the home in North Carolina, and my brother received a home in Michigan. Now, my father wants his house back, claiming he was under duress and that I broke a verbal agreement. He is threatening to take me to court. Can he legally take the house away from me, or is this a bluff?

I filed for bankruptcy and was discharged 3 years ago. Included in the bankruptcy was a judgment on a repo which was also discharged. I still have a judgment on my credit report and asked the owner of the judgment to release it, but they refused unless I pay them. I am not obligated to pay them, correct? Why won't they release it, and do they have to? What steps should I take to have them release the judgment?
