I would like to make an anonymous $25k donation to a church, and I am not sure the best way to do it. I know that withdrawing that much from a bank would trigger a mandatory report to the IRS, which wouldn't be a problem except I'm afraid I might get accused of money laundering. I'm thinking I might need to form a business or trust and make the donation that way?

A collection agency has added a comment to my credit report stating that I am disputing the account, which is time-barred as the statute of limitations has expired.
